An evening room at sea

The physical casino chamber

Dark oak, brushed silver and table lamps frame a staffed room where professional dealers, clear limits and considered etiquette matter more than spectacle.

Tables, chips and human service

Regular poker tables and hosted poker cash sessions share the chamber with blackjack, European roulette, American roulette and baccarat. A separate, acoustically softened area holds slot machines. Outcomes are chance-based and never guaranteed.

Physical chips are issued and redeemed by the casino cashier. An individual casino account records approved casino transactions for the voyage; it is separate from the passage fare. Table limits appear at each game and may vary by session.

Entry and identity

Casino entry is reserved for guests aged 18 or older, or a higher age where applicable law requires. Staff conduct age verification and identification checks before access or cashier service. Documents are examined under vessel policy; the reservation form does not request document numbers or images.

Dealer tables

Professional dealers explain basic procedures without suggesting outcomes or improved odds.

Cashier

Physical chips, stated exchange procedures and account support.

Limits

Minimum and maximum table limits remain visible before play.

Access

Step-free routes and seating assistance can be discussed with staff.

Etiquette and dress guidance

Evening smart-casual dress suits the room. Guests should keep chips visible, wait for the dealer’s signal, avoid touching active wagers, respect personal space and follow table-specific instructions. Harassment, disruption and intoxicated play are not accepted.

Accessibility needs can be raised with casino staff or the concierge. Reasonable seating, route and communication support is considered within vessel and game-safety requirements.

Operating hours follow the ship

Hours are published in the daily programme and can change with itinerary, weather, operations and law. The casino closes while the vessel is in port and whenever it enters territorial waters or another location where casino activity is restricted.

Staff can explain games, limits, breaks, voluntary restrictions and self-exclusion. They may pause or restrict access where age, identity, conduct, wellbeing, intoxication, legal position or vessel policy requires it.

Pause is part of play

Set personal money limits and time limits before entering. Take breaks, do not use borrowed money and never chase losses. Temporary voluntary restrictions and self-exclusion can be arranged confidentially with casino staff.
