Conditions of enquiry and passage

Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the Royal Golden Cruises site and the principles that apply before a passage is formally confirmed.

Enquiries are not confirmations

A submitted Preferred Travel Date is a guest preference. It does not confirm a departure, cabin, fare or contract. Availability, the operating itinerary, the room configuration, adult eligibility and a complete rate summary must be reviewed before confirmation.

Routes, availability and price

Published routes and shore calls reflect the intended six passage programmes. Safety, weather, port instructions, operational needs or applicable law may require substitutions, reordered calls, delayed arrival or omitted ports. Fares can change before confirmation according to route, room category and availability. Standard taxes and port charges are included in stated starting fares unless a pre-confirmation summary clearly explains a lawful change.

Hotel services

Private accommodation, housekeeping, concierge support, standard restaurants and bars, core wellness access and the published programme are provided subject to vessel operations. Specialty dining, spa treatments and some shore services may cost extra. Service hours and locations may change reasonably during a voyage.

Casino access and gambling restrictions

The physical casino chamber is an adult facility. Entry and gambling require age and identity verification, compliance with table rules and lawful vessel position. The casino may close in ports, territorial waters or other restricted locations. Operating hours, specific games, table limits and access are not guaranteed.

Casino wagers, physical chips and casino account balances are separate from passage fares. A passage ticket contains no gambling balance. Guests must follow responsible gambling guidance, and casino staff may pause or restrict access for age, identity, wellbeing, intoxication, behaviour, self-exclusion, operational or legal reasons.

Guest conduct and accessibility

Guests must treat staff and others respectfully, follow safety instructions, observe casino etiquette and avoid unlawful, dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct. Accessibility requests should be made early; reasonable support depends on vessel constraints, safety and the nature of the service.

Changes and cancellation

Specific payment, guest-change and cancellation conditions are supplied before confirmation and form part of the final booking terms. Guests should review deadlines, amounts and any route-specific conditions before accepting. Royal Golden Cruises may make proportionate operational changes where necessary and will explain material effects through the contact details supplied.

Liability principles

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and final booking terms, Royal Golden Cruises is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, guest failure to follow instructions, independent shore choices or the inherent chance outcomes of gambling. Guests remain responsible for personal decisions, documents, limits and lawful conduct.

Legal review

These original terms are a practical project draft and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch. The final document should identify the contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction, payment terms, cancellation schedule and any mandatory passenger rights.
